Human-powered Trail Groomer

Last winter, Jason Carter obtained plans from the Nordic-Ski E-mail Mailing List to build a human-powered trail groomer.  He built it, and used it to pack a cross country ski trail at Woodhaven where he leads the Woodhaven Jackrabbits.
